I have this set to use a local TEMP directory (however where ever i set this, even on a different drive i get the same error).

When fixing roms (all ticketed in settings except create ghost files) i get the below error:

**Error :Cannot create folder c:\temp\5acespkr. Aborted.

Then it does nothing, however should i use a right click and find, or rename that works fine. Ive turned off the Symantec corporate virus killer (doesn’t fix it), there’s no security issue i can see (logged in as an administrator, there’s no security settings on the drives to stop this), i can create folders in that directory from Windows Explorer with no problems.

Fixed in the next version?

This is on WIndows XP x64 (64bit).

I don't have enough informations to have a look on the problem. Could you explain which operations you did ?
