all roms green but not in mame

hiya, i load up my roms on romcenter but all of them appear green, but in mame i have lots in red and unplayable, i want to delete them but i dont want to purge 20 gigs of roms one bye one :S , what should i do, what is wrong in my settings or what happened?

Most likely, your roms are valid for an older mame version. Check the database's emulator version and then check the version of mame.exe you have. They should be the same. If not, you need to create a new database for the same version as the exe. You can always use the version of mame.exe supported by your database. Then all games will be playable since they all appear green in RC.
