Error OPening Database on Windows 7

Attempting to open any database with ROMCenter 3.40 on Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit (UAC OFF), I always get the following error:

Unhandled error
arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string
truncationArithmetic overflow or division by zero has
occurred.Error Code:1

The same ROMCenter with the same database worked fine under Vista Business. I then upgraded the machine to Windows 7 Ultimate and have the issue. All other applications are working fine.

Update: I was mistaken about the issue happening with all databases. It only happened with one. I deleted the database and recreated from the DAT file. So far so good. I think my problem started either when I tried to run with UAC on (I encountered several error messages) or when I tried to do a database update. I'm running with UAC off now and I'll try an update again when the DAT file is next updated (usually next day) and see if I have any further issues.

I also detected this problem and it is fixed in next version.
The problem occurs if the install folder is write protected, which is the case with uac on.
