Problem with datfiles/roms?

Hi - I've downloaded the datfiles for MAME v1.09 and got all the roms for v1.09. However, there seem to be a number of roms listed as "incomplete(roms missing)" even though I'm pretty sure I have the correct roms. In fact, this has been happening since v1.07. Has something changed in the way I need to use Romcenter? This didn't seem to be a problem before v1.07. Thanks!
