CAN ANYONE TELL ME:


what is created during the romcenter install that is not it the install dir


i mean registry values, dlls in system 32 etc

This is detailled in the install.txt files provided with the archive.

RomCenter install process do the following action:
- create and install files into your romcenter folder (specified in installation wizard)
- create a registry entry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RomCenter2
- create a shortcut into the windows start menu
- two dll are required and provided with the installation file: zip32.dll and unzip32.dll. These dll are installed into the romcenter home folder.
