Scan Goodsets question

I have GoodSets example: GoodSNES2.04, is it possible to test and find out if the rom dumps are perfect copies of the original cartridge?
What DATfile i use for compare?

Best datafile can be found in no-intro site. These dat only list pure rom, with no extra header.
